Kenya Hunter is the proud owner of 2nd to None Management. Although Kenya and her family are settled in Washington, she was born in Frankfurt, Germany and moved to the United States later in life.

She currently owns and operates 2nd to None Management – a boutique property management firm located in the town where she lives, Washington, DC.

When Kenya Hunter is not working on 2nd to None Management, she is planning on launching her non-profit organization called 2nd Chances. Kenya and her company, 2nd to None Management, have a passion for helping people in need. They plan to use 2nd Chances to provide living assistance with many families. 2nd to None Management feeds the homeless

The homeless population rises daily, and can take a toll on many people. Being homeless means these people have no homes, no food to eat, and are unable to earn a steady income. 2nd to None Management and their employees enjoy helping to feed the homeless. Twice a month 2nd to None Management goes out with the organization SOME, also known as So Others Might Eat and delivers handmade sandwiches, cookies, and other snacks so they can eat. Most homeless people are in public areas, such as the local parks and downtown streets, so twice a month 2nd to None Management goes out around the town, trying to feed as many homeless people as possible.
